It is Ordered and Notice is given that on Feb. 28, 2020, at 8:45 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at St. Cloud, Minnesota, on a petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated March 6, 2015, and for the appointment of Paul H. Nett, whose address is 820 Seventh Street, PO Box 545, Albany, MN 56307, and Michael J. Nett, whose address is 710 Ochotto Lake Drive, Avon, MN 56310 as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Managers of the Sauk River Watershed District pursuant to Minnesota Statue 103D.605 will hold a hearing February 18th, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. at the Sauk Centre City Hall Council Chambers, located at 320 Oak Street South in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and take comments on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s Sauk River Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS) – Cycle II, project #355.
This project proposes to develop Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) studies on impaired water bodies within the Sauk River Watershed, as well as the development of a WRAPS report. This project will be completed with the cooperation of partner agencies such as the Soil and Water Conservation Districts and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, along with a consultant (RESPEC) who has been hired to write the reports. The total estimated cost of the project is $285,000, to be paid from a grant from the State of Minnesota through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

A Public Accuracy Test of the Automark Handicapped Accessible Voting Machine will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Township Board Room of the Farming Community Center. This testing is open to the public.
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Farming Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota that the Annual Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in the Township Board Room of the Farming Community Center, 23801 County Road 42, Richmond, MN 56368 (Town of Farming). Polls will be open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm to elect one Supervisor for a term of 3 years and one Clerk for a term of 2 years.

In case of inclement weather, the Election and Town Meeting will be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday the election and meeting will be held on the fourth Tuesday, March 24, 2020. Due to the Presidential Primary Election on March 3, 2020 the March Township Board Meeting has been changed to Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the usual time and place.

Notice of Elections, Annual Meeting, Board of Canvass Meeting, Absentee Ballots & Public Accuracy Test 
Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Avon Township, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, that the Presidential Nominating Primary election will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM, and the Annual Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. For the latter, to be elected are one Supervisor for a three-year term, one Supervisor for a one-year term, and one Clerk for a two-year term. Following the Township Election on March 10, the Board of Canvass will be held at 8:15 PM, and the Annual Town Meeting will be held at 8:30 PM to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting, Board of Canvass, and Township Election will be postponed one week, until the third Tuesday in March (Tuesday, March 17) at the same times.
