CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 
Notice is hereby given, that the Albany Township Planning Commission will meet on FEBRUARY 18, 2020 7:30 P.M. at Albany City Hall, Council Chambers, 400 Railroad Ave, Albany MN for the purpose of giving consideration to the following:
A Conditional Use Permit has been submitted by CJK Partnership, LLC, requesting placing a temporary Concrete Plant in the existing Gravel Pit at 21745 340 Street, Albany MN. The property under consideration is in part of the SE1/4 NE1/4 lying west of Sand Lake Road in Section 27, Albany Township.
You may submit testimony by appearing at the above hearing or by submitting written testimony prior to the hearing date. Written testimony may be submitted to the Albany Township Clerk, Po Box 344, Albany MN 56307 or at albanytwp@albanytel.com.
A copy of the Conditional Use Permit request is on file at the Albany City Clerk's Office, 20929 330 Street, Albany MN 56307, and is available for review by contacting the clerk.
Attendance at the hearing, regarding the proposed request is not limited to those persons receiving copies of this notice. If you know of any interested property owner, who for any reason has not received a copy of this notice, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of this public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Managers of the Sauk River Watershed District pursuant to Minnesota Statue 103D.605 will hold a hearing February 18th, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. at the Sauk Centre City Hall Council Chambers, located at 320 Oak Street South in Sauk Centre, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and take comments on the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s Sauk River Watershed Restoration and Protection Strategy (WRAPS) – Cycle II, project #355.
This project proposes to develop Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) studies on impaired water bodies within the Sauk River Watershed, as well as the development of a WRAPS report. This project will be completed with the cooperation of partner agencies such as the Soil and Water Conservation Districts and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, along with a consultant (RESPEC) who has been hired to write the reports. The total estimated cost of the project is $285,000, to be paid from a grant from the State of Minnesota through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct a public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Doug and Jennifer Zenzen, Avon MN according to Sections 4.8 and 7.6 of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439 to complete a conventional subdivision in the Conservation Design Overlay.  The proposal is located in part of the NE1/4, lying east of Kalla Lake Road and south of Schuman Lake Road in Section 8, Collegeville Township (124/30).  The property address is 30994 Kalla Lake Road, Avon, MN.

Contractor’s sealed Proposals for the 2020 Albany Area Schools Reroofing will be received by the Independent
School District No. 745, Albany, Minnesota, until 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the office of the
Superintendent of Schools, in Albany, Minnesota, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by,
