NOTICE OF AND ORDER FOR HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on April 19, 2019, at 8:45 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at St. Cloud, Minnesota, on a petition for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated September 26, 2012, and for the appointment of Randy Gerads, whose address is 42810 115th Avenue, Holdingford, MN 56340 and Jennifer Zwilling, whose address is 220 66th St. N.W., Sauk Rapids, MN 56379, as personal representatives of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.

Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

TO CONSIDER AN ?ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO 
MIDCONTINENT 

COMMUNICATIONS

The Avon City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to consider An Ordinance Granting a Franchise to Midcontinent Communications to Maintain a Cable Communications System in the City of Avon, Minnesota, Setting Forth Conditions Accompanying the Grant of the Franchise; Providing for Regulation and Use of the System; and Prescribing Penalties for the Violation of its Provisions.  All persons who wish to appear and comment shall be given such opportunity at the hearing.  The Avon City Council shall further consider written comments at the public hearing prior to taking action on this request.  All meetings of the City of Avon are handicapped accessible.

There will be a City Council meeting in and for the City of Albany, Stearns County, Minnesota, at 6:30 o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, in the Council room at 400 Railroad Avenue for the said City for the following:

- The public hearing will be held on a request by the City of Albany to amend Zoning Ordinance 80, Section 80.05, Subd. 8 (d), General Requirements-site plans, and Ordinance 81, Section 81.04, Subd. 3 (k), and Section 81.15, Subd. 6, Storm Sewers, of the Albany City Code. 

- The public hearing will be held on a request by the City of Albany to repeal and re-enact Zoning Ordinance 80, Section 80.11, Signs, of the Albany City Code. 

Anyone wishing to comment will be heard at the public hearing and written comments may be forwarded to the office of the City Clerk/Administrator before the time of the public hearing.

Farming Township

Important Information ?Regarding Property 
Assessments

The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Farming Township will meet on 4/2/2019, 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m., at Farming Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
