NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Avon Township Planning Commission, County of Stearns, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing on September 25, 2019 beginning at 7:05 PM in the Avon Township Hall (16881 Queens Road, Avon, MN). This hearing will consider an application submitted by James & Margaret Lehner for their property at 18304 Red Maple Drive, Avon; PID 03.01157.0000) for a variance to construct a home that would be 58 feet from the center-of-the-road. This application, if approved, would permit construction 5 feet closer to the road than is currently permitted.

All interested persons are invited to these hearings, at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent, in opposition to or in support of the proposed changes. The hearing of this request is not limited to those receiving copies of this notice, and if you know of any neighbor or affected property owner, who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform him/her of this public hearing. If you cannot attend this meeting, you may direct comments to the Avon Township Clerk.
