Chair Heller called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. The following members were present: Mr. Heller, Mrs. Winter, Mr. Heidgerken, Mrs Feldewerd, Mr. Dufner, Mrs. Uphoff, & Mr. Klasen. Mr. Winter, Mr. Anderson, Mr. Conrad & Mr. Doetkott were also present.

Mr. Klasen moved, with a second by Mr. Heidgerken, to approve the agenda. The Motion was unanimously carried.

Nothing to report for Open Forum.

Schlenner Wenner gave a presentation on this year’s audit. No action taken.

Mr. Dufner moved, with a second by Mrs. Uphoff, to approve Policy 509 - Enrollment of Nonresident Students. The Motion was unanimously carried.

Mrs. Winter moved, with a second by Mr. Heidgerken, to approve Policy 713 - Student Activity Accounting. The Motion was unanimously carried.

Mr Dufner moved, with a second by Mrs. Uphoff, to approve the World’s Best Workforce/Academic & Integration Plan. The Motion was unanimously carried.

Mrs. Winter moved, with a second by Mr. Heidgerken, to approve the FY19 Audit as presented. The Motion was unanimously carried.

Mr. Dufner moved, with a second by Mrs. Winter, to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 pm. The Motion was unanimously carried.

7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Stearns County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:

South Half Southwest Quarter (S 1⁄2 SW 1⁄4) and Southwest Quarter Southeast Quarter (SW 1⁄4 SE 1⁄4), Section 22, Township 122 North, Range 30 West, Stearns County, Minnesota.

The object of this action is: an order pursuant to the Minnesota Uniform Voidable Transaction Act, Minnesota Statutes §§ 513.41 et seq., avoiding certain transfers of the above- described real estate and permitting Plaintiff to levy upon and execute its judgment against the above-described real estate.

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that sanctions may be awarded pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 549.211.
