NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION

The Melrose City Council will meet at 6:00 p.m. on the 13th day of December 2018, at the City Center, 225 First Street NE, in the City of Melrose, to consider requesting the vacation of drainage and/or utility easements submitted by Melrose Dairy Proteins, LLC and Proliant Dairy, LLC affecting Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Melrose Dairy Proteins subdivision. The plat includes land currently addressed as 1000 Kraft Drive and 1010 Kraft Drive, Melrose, MN. A copy of the petition is on file with the Planning and Zoning Department, Melrose City Center, 225 1st St NE, Melrose MN 56352 and is available for review during normal business hours. Any persons that desire to be heard regarding the consideration of the vacation will be heard at this meeting.
