Mandie moved to Melrose with her son, Gabe, where she met her best friend and love of her life as well as her rock, Joe Woeste. Joe stood by her and helped her throughout her many health issues. Through her struggles, Mandie kept her dental license current always hopeful for the day she would be able to return to her profession. More than anything, Mandie wanted to see her son Gabe, who she loved with all her heart, grow to adulthood.
