NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 

IMPROVEMENTS 

2020 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sauk Centre, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers at Sauk Centre City Hall, Sauk Centre, Minnesota, at 6:30 P.M. or soon thereafter on January 15, 2020 to consider the construction of the following improvements:

Street, Curb, Sidewalk, Gutter, Storm Sewer, 

Sanitary Sewer & Water

The total estimated cost of said improvement is $_1,343,455.40. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements are abutting properties from the block of Elm Street North between 4th Street North and Lake Street and includes the block of Lake Street between Elm Street North and Main Street North; the blocks of Elm Street South between the 4th Street South and Grove Lake Street South and also 10th Street South between Centre Street South and Beltline Road.

The Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.  Written or oral objections will be considered.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the meeting.
