That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 124, Range 32, Stearns County, Minnesota and that part of Lots 42 and 44, AUDITOR’S SUBDIVISION NO. 7, according to the recorded plat thereof, in Section 35, Township 124, Range 32, Stearns County, Minnesota, decribed as follows: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said Section 35; thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes 52 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the north-south quarter line of said Section 35, 1624.96 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 08 seconds West, 103.01 feet, to the westerly right of way of Coutny Road No. 12 and the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence South 83 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds West, 198.23 feet; thence North 10 degrees 36 minutes 53 seconds West, 168.00 feet; thence North 83 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds East, 196.82 feet, to said westerly right of way of County Road No. 12; thence South 11 degrees 05 minutes 37 seconds East, along said right of way, 168.12 feet, to the point of beginning.
