Notice is hereby given per MN Statues, Chapter 116 that the Kenneth Vogt Farm will be applying for a permit with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or the County of Stearns for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with the capacity of 500 animal units or more.

The existing and/or proposed feedlot will be in the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Getty Township, T 125N, R34W, Stearns County, Minnesota. Currently, the feedlot has a 20’ x 72’ partial confinement barn with a 32’ x 72’ open lot, a 36’ x 230’ total confinement barn, a 40’ x 64’ total confinement barn, a 8’ x 180’ total confinement barn, a 96’ x 256’ total confinement barn, a 36’ x 112’ partial confinement barn with a 4,088 sq. ft. open lot, a 48’ x 208’ total confinement barn, (75) 4’ x 6’ calf huts, (8) 12’ x 20’ huts with (8) 12’ x 22’ open lots.
