Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Birchdale Township, County of Todd, and State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The Election Poll hours will be open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:

Position C – one supervisor for a term of 3 years 

Position D – one supervisor for a term of 3 years

The Board of Canvass will be held immediately after the election.

The Annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
