Notice of Public Hearing Pope/Stearns Judicial Ditch 1 Acceptance Hearing

Notice is Hereby Given that the North Fork Crow River Watershed District as Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 1 (Pope/Stearns County) will be holding a public acceptance hearing for final repair to accept comment regarding the completed repairs on Pope/Stearns Judicial Ditch 1 Branch 12.

The public hearing will be held on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 8 PM, at the NFCRWD Office located at 1030 Front Street, Brooten MN 56316.

Public will be allowed to give commentary regarding the work completed to date. The Managers will review engineer’s recommendations for payment based on work completed under contract specifications and direct payments to the contractors. Any individual seeking to file claims for damages should submit a written request before or at the meeting.
