LONG PRAIRIE – Two-run rallies in the eighth and ninth innings helped Sauk Centre win Thursday, June 14.  The top part of the line-up came through for Sauk Centre as Andrew Bick (1-5), Jake Zollman (2-5) and Dylan Haskamp had hits to either drive in runs or start rallies.  The team also had a three-run rally in the fourth inning as it took a 3-2 lead.

There was a double header scheduled that night but concerns over pitching resulted in a change to a one nine-inning game. Sauk Centre made use of its pitching staff with Bick, Casey Schirmers and Haskamp pitching. Bick, pitched six innings earned the win.
