Dani Jo Danielson Uphus
Dani Jo Danielson Uphus, age 43 of St. Cloud, formerly of Brainerd, passed away on Friday, Aug. 19, 2022.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Dani Jo Danielson was born on Sept. 28, 1978, in Brainerd, to Danny and Shirley (Kominek) Danielson. She was a graduate of Brainerd High School and Bemidji Technical College with a degree in registered nursing. Dani was united in marriage to Zachary “Zach” Uphus at St. John Cantus Catholic Church in St. Cloud. She loved spending time with her daughter and new baby granddaughter. Dani will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Zachary Uphus of St. Cloud; daughter, Cadee Campbell and baby granddaughter, May’lani Baynes, of St. Cloud; dog, Mille; cat, Simon; horse, Bella; parents, Danny and Shirley Danielson of rural Motley; brother, Ryan Danielson of Freedom, Pennsylvania; niece, Jenna Murphy; and nephew, Shaun Murphy of St. Paul; niece, Lauren Danielson and nephew, Ian Danielson of Chandler, Arizona; aunt, Donna Kominek Schultz of Brainerd; uncle, Dale Kominek of Aitken; and uncle, Gary, and aunt, Anne Kominek of Minnetonka; aunt, Mary Kay and uncle Bernard Asche of Scottsdale, Arizona; aunt, Kathy and Don Molenaar of Raymond; uncle, Ronald Danielson of Sedro Woolley, Washington; and aunt, Debbie Danielson of St. Helens, Oregon; mother and father-in-law, Donna and Tom Uphus of Osakis; and many cousins.
Dani was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Dorothy Kominek of Motley and Albert and Celeste Danielson of Raymond; sister, Karli Danielson Evans of Brainerd; uncle, Lauren Kominek of Pillager; and the father of her daughter, Chad Campbell of Brainerd.
Arrangements were made with Patton-Schad Funeral & Cremation Services of Sauk Centre.
