NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sauk Centre Board of Adjustment (Planning Commission), will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 4:30 P.M. or shortly thereafter, in the City Hall Council Chambers, to consider a request on behalf of Eagle’s Healing Nest Property Trust for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Commercial Planned Unit Development.
If approved, the Commercial Planned Unit Development would allow the operation of a campground on a portion of the property.
The property is located at 310 US Highway 71 North, parcel number 94.58734.0000, legally described as Outlot A of Oakridge Heights.
