Chair Heller called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Gymnastics & Swim teams thanked the Board for the pit in the gymnastics gym and the starting blocks for the swim team. No action was taken.

The Freeport City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 beginning at 7pm or soon thereafter in Freeport City Hall (125 Main St E) to consider a rezoning request for Industrial Park Lot 5, Block 1.
MKI Enterprise Inc. is asking to rezone the lot from Industrial (I-1) to Commercial Highway District (C-3), so that a storage facility may be constructed on the property.
The public hearing is an opportunity for the general public and interested parties to gather or provide information, ask relevant questions, and express support or opposition.
