NOTICE OF AVAILABLITY FOR RIVERSIDE FLATS ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW)
The City of Melrose has prepared an EAW pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 for the proposed Riverside Flats development for a 30-day public comment period. The Riverside Flats site is approximately 1.31 acres located in downtown Melrose on 1st Street NE just west of 5th Avenue. The proposed development includes a 29-unit apartment and 5,105 square feet of retail space.
The City is currently accepting public comments on this EAW through December 22, 2022 at 4:00pm. The EAW is on the city’s website at www.cityofmelrose.com and also available to review at City Hall.
