Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct certain public hearings as follows: 

To consider a rezoning request submitted by Nathan & Jana Messer, Sauk Centre MN according to Section 4.10 of Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439 to rezone approximately 18 acres from the Commercial (C) zoning district to the Agricultural 40 (A-40) zoning district. The property is part of the N1/2NW1/4 in Section 16, lying west of Interstate 94, north of 418th Street and east of 415th Avenue, Sauk Centre Township (126/34). Property address is 41316 418th Street, Sauk Centre MN.
