Notice is hereby given that the Stearns County Board of Adjustment, in and for the County of Stearns, will conduct the following public hearings to consider variance applications:
To consider an After the Fact request from Emily and Kirby Wensmann, Melrose, MN from Section 6.2.1A. of the Stearns County Land Use and Zoning Ordinance #439 to leave as constructed a residential accessory structure with a larger Maximum Accessory Building Area than allowed for a property with a lot area of 2.26 acres. Said ordinance allows for a Maximum Accessory Building Area of 1,800 Square Feet for a property with a lot area of 2 - 4.49 acres. Affected property: Lot 1 Block 1 of Wensmann Acres, Section 32, T126N, R32W, Millwood Township. Property address: 38705 Long Lake Road, Melrose, MN.
