Crystal Altendahl and Jason Luxem, of Melrose, are happy to announce the birth of their son, Nile Matthew Luxem, at 3:01 p.m., Sept. 4, 2022, at CentraCare-Melrose Hospital.
He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 22 inches long.
Welcoming him home were big brothers Dominic, 8, and Alex, 5, and big sisters Kaylee, 14, Mackenzie, 11, and Errin, 11.
Grandparents are Ronald and Karen Altendahl, of Melrose.
