2023 AUTHORS ADDITION 

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sauk Centre, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers at Sauk Centre City Hall, Sauk Centre, Minnesota, at 6:30 P.M. or soon thereafter on February 1, 2023 to consider the construction of the following improvements:

Street, Curb & Gutter, Sidewalk, Storm Sewer, 

Sanitary Sewer & Municipal Water

The total estimated cost of said improvement is $1,218,242.00.  The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements by extending water & sewer on Hendryx Street and Halfaday Drive from Hickman Drive.

The Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A.

Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.  Written or oral objections will be considered.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the meeting.
