NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

1. A default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage executed by Jacqueline Faith Jorgensen, a single person, as mortgagor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
