Jeffrey Meier, 65, of Sauk Centre, passed away unexpectedly at home July 30, 2023.
Jeff was born in Sauk Centre to Clarence and Lorraine Meier Jan. 29, 1958. Jeff married Cynthia (Kuhlmann) Oct. 4, 2008, and they would have celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary this year. He worked as a service writer for John Wiese Ford for over 40 years and in their parts department for the last couple of years. Jeff loved his customers and would always go the extra mile to make sure they were taken care of. This was also how he was with his family and loved ones. Jeff loved to go fishing and never came home empty-handed. Working and fishing were Jeff’s main hobbies.
Jeff is survived by his wife Cindy; children Amanda and Derek Stafford, Dustin Panitzke; grandchildren Zayden Meyer and Aziel and Neela Botello; brother Gary (Mary) Meier; sister Kathy Salaymeh; sister-in-law Mary Kay Meier; brothers-in-law Darrin Kuhlmann and Brian (Shelly) Kuhlmann; sister-in-law Lori (Dan) Krousey; and nieces and nephews.
He is resting at peace with his parents, Clarence and Lorraine Meier; brother Gerald Meier; brother-in-law Sham Salaymeh; and father-in-law Ralph Kuhlmann.
Funeral Service will be at River of Life Church Sauk Centre, Saturday, Aug. 12. Viewing will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m., with a service at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served following the service.
