Notice is hereby given that the Avon Township Planning Commission, County of Stearns, Minnesota, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 beginning at 7:15 PM in the Avon Township Hall (16881 Queens Road, Avon, MN) to consider an application for a variance submitted by Gail Michaletz Trust, 52189 415th Avenue, North Mankato, MN 56003. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term “iron and steel products” means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. The deminimis and minor components waiver apply to this contract. The nation-wide waiver regarding Pig Iron and Direct Reduced Iron applies to this contract.
